Needle felting

My mom and I went to Hobby Lobby today. I wanted to do some needle felting. Never had done this before. I just got a 5 pack of needles and this sponge. I broke the first needle after a few punches and sticking my index finger. But it's really fun. I made my first little sheep.

Tonight, Stella found a big French bread I had thrown out. It was so funny. When she came in the house, she went to get in her crate. She'd hit the sides every time. Me and Tiny were laughing so hard. I'd tell her to get in her crate and she'd try every time. Too funny! She finally got in.

I hope you all have a great weekend. Less than 2 weeks now til Christmas. Ugh!

Love the little sheep you made! How long did it take you to make the little guy?
Your dog Stella is such a cute dog. I have a pyrenese that carries food dishes all over the place and stacks them.I love how different and wonderful dogs can be.

Linda, it took about half an hour to make the little sheep. Didn't really know what I was doing. But at Mrs. T's house today, I made 6 more. When I got home, I sat them on the table and went out to lock the chickens in. When I came back in, Stella had one of them torn up. So just made another. I'll take them with me to the market tomorrow and see if I can sell any.

I did sell a ewe and lamb pair at the bazaar. Lots of people came by and watched me as I made some more there. There was a lady that made all kinds of animals, even a zebra. They were amazing. But someone said she liked mine better. Just a little bragging there. Anyway, I am going to Christmas at the Cove this afternoon at Mt. Cove Farm down the road from me.
