Good morning Kris, Your photos are beautiful! Don't you just love this time of year ... when all the animials breath a big *sigh* of reief. I like how you can feed them through the window. It has been a wet cold week here as well. This time of year I am okay with it, it helps keep the pasture good. I haven't started feeding hay and hope I don't have to until November. This time of year slows down a bit for me, and I can get more spinning done. But we are outside building overhangs. Hope to get one on the small sheep barn next weekend. Oh, and today the stacking begins 10 cords of wood, I have two on the ground now. Good to know I can heat this big house for about $500.00 a year! Not to mention myself while I am stacking ... LOL! Have a great weekend. Teri
We went to our cabin in the N Ga mountains last week...and got terrible weather. The fog is pretty, but not when you're on vacation and stuck inside with your sister's cranky toddler and 8 month old!
I think I started feeding hay a month ago. No reason really, because they all have plenty of grass. I hope I have enough for the winter. And I still need more wood. My husband is hardly ever home long enough to do anything around here anymore.
Kristin, sorry the weather wasn't good for you. A cabin in bad weather is nice by yourself, but NOT stuck inside with kids, for sure. I hope you can go again at a better time. But you just never know.

Something mystical about fog like that. Nice to see THAT view everyday. Enjoy your weekend!

I'm happy to be home in sunny and 80.

You have a great weekend too! Thanks!
Thank you, Tami. It is so pretty here. The view is ever changing around here too.

Great pics of the country side! I love how the fog is just sitting there.
